I did sound design and sound tech for this final performance of Holger Seidelin’s master in choreography at HfS Ernst Busch in Berlin.

For this contemporary dance musical family drama, i worked closely with Holger, who was also the composer of the piece. My role was to portrait the different characters through sound and immersive the audience in their personal and interpersonal struggles as individuals and a family.

To do that, i created individual vocal effects and sound ambiences to each character, painting a varied sonic picture of a family with each their own world, sometimes blurring into a cacophony of feelings, played through 9 speakers around the stage, which was placed in the center of the room.
